Happy Thanksgiving 2011! Below is T. and Amy before the 4-mile "Turkey Trot" in Orem, Utah. It was fun and since it is a perfect time to mention things we are thankful for, we were very thankful it wasn't as cold as last year. Steve played his usual football game about the same time as the race. We are also grateful that he came away with minimal injuries, cuts, bruises, or other mishaps.
This is our Thanksgiving meal and instead of having the traditional turkey, we decided to go with seasoned sausages from Costco, (we were all "turkey-ed" out from earlier dinner parties). They were yummy and definitely a different flavor combined with the regular sweet potatoes, vegetables, and assortment of pies. We loved having Grandpa Wagstaff with us; he brought a delicious bumbleberry pie! Yum!
